Story -

Aamir (Ishaan Khatter) and Tara (Malavika Mohanan) had brought up in poverty. Eventually they had chosen different way to live their lives. Now Tara is a divorcee and she works in Mumbai dhobi ghat. But Aamir dreams of becoming wealthy by any short-cut way. He not even hesitates to start selling drugs. But soon he has been arrested and put in jail for his anti-social activity. This incident makes their life more complicated.

Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi has shown the struggling story of two siblings of Mumbai. He starts the movie with an amazing shot which visualizes a true vision of Mumbai. He presents Mumbai city’s inside story in this movie but his story is not only bounded in highlighting the city’s poverty. He has shown how a desperate challenge can bring darkness in people’s lives.

Ishaan Khattar has performed outside of his comfort zone and successful presents the challenging role as Amir. Malavika Mohanan performs the role of Amir’s sister Tara. She also has done a great job.  National Award winner famous South Indian actress GV Sharada also mesmerizes the audience by her excellent acting skill. Tannishtha Chatterjee has shown strong acting skill in her short but important role in this movie. 

Cinematography of this movie is also good. A.R. Rehman’s score is nice. At last we can say that hard work of director, actor & actress and all members of this movie make this film a good entertaining present.
