Story -

The story of the movie “Missing” is based in Mauritius. Leading male character Sushant Dubey (Manoj Bajpayee) and leading female character Aparna Dubey (Tabu) check in to a Mauritius’s hotel with their little girl Titli. Incidentally on that night their 3-years old little girl gets abducted from the hotel. Then Mauritius policeman and investigating Officer Annu Kapoor come investigate the case and soon realize there is something fishy.  He suspects this Dubey couple specially Sushant Dubey may be involved in kidnapping of Titli. Then gradually lots of incidents happen in this filmy investigation process to find the little girl Titli.

Movie Review -

We expect a lot when we see the names of the artists like Manoj Bajpayee and Tabu in a movie. But unfortunately in this movie audiences are not satisfied. The reason of this dissatisfaction is not because of acting performance of stat casts. In fact Manoj Bajpayee and Tabu’s performance is excellent but due weak story their acting skills have not been utilized properly. Annu Kapoor’s acting as a investigation police officer is not bad. But again script design could be little better. 

Movie director Mukul Abhyankar has done his level best to present a good show but due to weak script and screenplay, he fails. Tabu and Manoj Bajpayee also have done their best to lift up the movie. Shooting of this movie has been done at Mauritius’ beautiful places. So, beautiful scenery and excellent editing work present a pleasant experience. Background music score is a added advantage of this movie. Songs are good and quite enjoyable. Apart from Tabu and Manoj Bajpayee’s performance there is nothing special in this movie. Climax of the movie is quite interesting but overall movie experience is average.
